Getting Started with Truekin
Welcome to Truekin — your secure digital legacy vault. This guide will walk you through setting up your account and creating your first vault.
Step 1: Create Your Account
Sign up at app.truekin.co using your email address. We use zero-knowledge encryption, which means only you can access your data.
Step 2: Set Up Your Vault
After creating your account, you’ll be guided through setting up your first vault. A vault is a secure container for your digital assets.
What to store in your vault
- Important documents (wills, insurance policies, property deeds)
- Account credentials and access information
- Personal messages for your loved ones
- Digital asset information (crypto wallets, online accounts)
Step 3: Add Beneficiaries
Beneficiaries are the people who will receive access to your vault contents when the time comes. You can add multiple beneficiaries and assign different documents to each.
Step 4: Configure Your Dead Man’s Switch
The Dead Man’s Switch is Truekin’s unique feature that ensures your vault is released to your beneficiaries automatically. Configure the check-in interval that works for you.
